About KOCO Kids of Chatham Organization, Inc. is a private, nonprofit child care center serving East Hampton, CT and the surrounding communities since 1989. Our volunteer parent Board of Directors advises an able team of administrators and staff, many of whom are State of CT certified (Elementary Ed, CDA, Head Teacher, CPR, Med Administration, etc.). We care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in a range of developmentally appropriate classrooms:   Infants, Waddlers, Toddlers, Preschool 1, Preschool 2,  Kindergarten Supplement, Schoolage (1st - 3rd grades) and KOCO TASC (The After School Club, 3rd- 5th graders), and EHMS TASC (The After School Club, 4th graders and above).  Program placements are made at the discretion of the Director. KOCO offers year-round childcare from 7 am to 6 pm.   We are open most school holidays and vacations, snow days, delayed school openings and early school dismissals. Our newly remodeled, air-conditioned facility is conveniently located on Route 66 in East Hampton, CT with beautiful outdoor grounds overlooking scenic Lake Pocotopaug. We are a scheduled stop for East Hampton Public School buses.
